Vijay G. Brijbasi
Vijay G. Brijbasi has over 15 years of experience and is licensed to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia. His practice at Leone Zhgun, P.A. focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. With respect to commercial matters, Vijay has provided first chair strategic direction for shareholder disputes, unfair competition disputes, business torts, fraud claims (including computer fraud), civil theft claims, contract disputes, claims for indebtedness, and complex real estate and landlord/tenant disputes. His intellectual property litigation practice has consisted of various disputes concerning trademarks and trade secrets. In addition, Vijay is a former Florida Supreme Court law clerk and regularly litigates appeals.
