IBA Annual Conference Paris 2023
The International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference took place at the Palais des Congrès de Paris in Paris this year from October 29, 2023 – November 3, 2023. The IBA’s Annual Conference is the leading conference for international lawyers worldwide to network, share knowledge and develop business. Susanne Leone represented Leone Zhgun, P.A. at this year’s conference in Paris to expand Leone Zhgun’s global outreach.
The IBAs present membership consists, according to information provided by the IBA, of more than 80,000 individual international lawyers from most of the world’s leading law firms and approximately 190 bar associations and law societies covering more than 170 countries. Through its immense international membership the IBA influences the development of international law and shapes the legal landscape worldwide. The opening speech from French President Emmanuel Macron was followed by a successful week of networking, working sessions and presentations from outstanding legal professionals from around the globe.
During that time, The Florida Bar ILS was hosted by the Paris Bar (Barreau de Paris) for a productive business meeting in furtherance of the cooperation agreement between The Florida Bar ILS and the Paris Bar.
