Olga Shamina is a licensed Florida attorney and has over a decade of experience in the area of Real Estate. Prior to her admission as a licensed Florida attorney, Olga worked for many years as a real estate paralegal in South Florida and she is also a licensed real estate sales associate. Olga focuses her current legal practice on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of real estate. With her knowledge and experience in real estate, she handles the closing and title work for a variety of commercial and residential properties. In addition to representing clients in real estate matters, Olga also represents lenders in loan preparation, review, and regulatory compliance.
